Would be crazy to see someone pulling off a trick with their poles on this. Imagine using it as like a zip-line launch, holding their poles above their head and hanging off the bottom of it. Equally, hooking the skis on top of the rail and sliding using the topside of the ski would be sick. Definitely some potential with this feature.

Cool idea but they were only touching the last few feet of the rail. The rail should have been moved towards the landing more.
How the hell would you stay on a rail upside-down? You're falling away from it the whole time.
@@GadBoDag there is a part of the jump you are going up. Then gravity bring you down.
@@marcelpare1807 right, but you hit the bar with your feet. That causes you to bounce off, and then you're immediately falling away. It's not like a normal grind where there is a force holding you against the rail. Like, try jumping and holding your hand against the ceiling. Even though this is way easier than doing it upside down with your feet, I bet you still can't do it for more than a fraction of a second.

Was looking at hitting that jump for a while last year but the landing was just too gnarly. Turns out thats where the airbag was intended to end.
Was I he only one expecting they were gonna have their skis over the rail? I.e. they'd flip upside down, the top side of their skis (facing downward) would make a contact the top side of the rail and they'd be doing some long grind like that

I thought the idea was to hook your skis on it (top of skis contacting rail and stopping your rotation), then ride it to the end of the rail.

Little too heavy on the twisty drone footage IMO. Detracts from the skiing if the camera's going too crazy for basically the whole video. Better as an occasional accent shot.

The physical feet is impressive, but why? There isn't much style in a trick like this and it's not like its a prolonged grind, he basically bonks it..... which is far more than I can do, but I can still kindly ask, why?
