@@ScarletSp1der783 Well, in one of his first appearances he did hang a guy & he did lock KGBeast in a chamber with no way out. I’m all about his no kill rule but he has done it in parts of canon.

Honestly a Batman show or movie but set from a criminal (like a henchman’s) point of view were Batman is like this just a dark shadow you never properly see how’s just fucking up everyone around you would be sooo good like that’s a horror movie and would be amazing

I always hated how in Titans they never had Dick really understand Bruce. In reality he knows him better then anyone else besides Alfred. But here he always seems to just barely know the surface before he left and started drawing some more conclusions. He never understood Batman very much had a conscious and willpower from it. Only way he could do the mental things he does like against Scarcrow's schemes. But he always had a hard time expressing and would often do it through actions instead of words that didnt always come off the same. He thought Bruce could sleep at night easily. No it was even rougher for him then it was for Dick. He didnt just have his code, but instead it helped keep him on the sane and hopeful path of a better less crime future without any more heartbreak and loss of life. Also cause he knew he was actually extremely caring for people in his life and not sane enough to stop himself if he allowed himself to kill just one. And then to maybe see how much safer everyone is because of it. And then not be able to stop once he saw that. This vision was what would happen if the code broke because of abandonment. Because everyone he cared for and fought for either left or died. And with his time coming closer, decided to do whatever was necessary to ensure a safer world once and for all. If any of his support like Dick remained. He wouldnt have ended up feeling that way. Hell he never even thinks about going after Dick. Does that sound like someone who is soulless? Later on in reality Dick even gets after him for trying to pick another Robin. Not learning a damn thing from this vision. When the truth was he just didnt want to be alone and needed help and even guidance from another Robin. And what ended up happening? Dick made him feel like crap. So out of love and passion for Jason and everyone else he went and killed Joker with a crowbar. But atleast the real life version was able to just walk away. And tell Dick it was up to him now. He willingly misunderstood him and never gave him a chance from the start. Till after he messed everything up.

What really adds the level of horror in this scene is how you are stuck seeing Batman from behind
Shows how broken he's become and how he couldn't even look at his mortal enemy in the face even as he killed him.

This was Dick's fault in part. Batman tried to get him to stay, to keep the monster inside at bay. Dick did not listen, despite Batman's obvious distress, and this was the outcome.

@@khanyamvelase8351 This is an older Batman whose mind is further gone than most other representations, and having someone less broken around (i.e. a Robin or one of his adoptive children) helped him stay grounded. Being left completely and utterly alone allowed for his mind to degrade to the point he was willing to kill.
These are things Dick *knew,* but he (in a prior scene) chose to walk out while Batman was clearly on the verge of a complete mental breakdown. In other words, this was a preventable outcome. This particular scene was part of an illusion conjured up by Trigon, if memory serves, but Dick's decisions were still his own to make. Trigon's illusion took the route it did specifically because of those decisions.
@@tek512 but as Grayson said Batman weaponised his grief and anger from the loss of his parents in the circus,instead of being a proper parentally figure , he turned him into a soldier,if you watch season1 episode 1,you have seen what Grayson did to those men in the alley as robin,what he did to Tyler Hackett.
@@khanyamvelase8351 Dick would've ended up exactly like Batman if not for him being weaponized as Robin. Every timeline where this did not occur, Dick winds up as a complete psychopath. Batman saved Dick from becoming like himself by providing that outlet.
