Willow pump issues with reusable container. How to clean valve to stop app alert to flush valve.

My reusable containers for the willow pump keep getting clogged. I kept getting the app alert that the valve needed flushing. I would follow the trouble shooting on the app and with a representative by email. I did the deep cleaning, everything they tell you to do and still had issues.
