Google Cloud console Add Payment Method Issue

This video is showing how we are getting issues when adding a payment method. I have tried with multiple cards but all of them are not getting attached.
If Anyone has faced the same issue kindly drop a message about how you have resolved it.

you have to make manual payments as no debit or credit cards are working here due to new RBI regulations.

I'm also getting this error. Further I also tried adding another credit card which is already added to Google Maps billing account but when i try add the same credit card to Firebase Billing Account it says use different payment method

hi please help me do you face this type of issue in past actually google is asking me for payment method verification which is connected with my google map api billing account & google cloud but after setuping the account the ask me to do payment verification & which i was did it about 34 times i uploaded my debit cards details & government id documents for verification but repeatedly they are rejecting my payment method verification saying all information is treated when i ask to google moderators & support they say please do it again so please help me its mu humble request please
