Congratulations! I'm disabled and have been looking into these too, I can walk but just can't go too far I use a four wheel walker, I want one! Because it's hard being crippled & going outdoors!

I built my trike, I bought a good trike with seven speed back wheels, then I bought a 1000 watt front drive 48-volt motor all on a 26-inch frame, it is rated at 450# load capacity, it cost me 650$ all total and I had fun building it, always remember to put to torque arms(bars) on front drive bicycles. you build it yourself for about a third of retail or less.. if I do it again I will go fat tire trike, the reason i opted for front drive as to not interfere with the seven-speed rear axle, battery goes dead I put it in 1st and peddle home.
I love the Arcimoto I would love to ride that around my city and town all day 💙👍🏾

After doing a bit of research, I learned that the Emojo Caddy Pro is the one with hydraulic brakes. This type of brake system is reported to be the easiest to use and the most efficient.
But how is it at raising cattle or corn. Show the trike in agricultural applications. And the motor goes in the Wheel at the hub (vedic) optimizing fulcrum and centripetal force.

I will sending my trike back because of an error about the motor. It's a Daywin MG 1703. The main reason I'm sending it back for a refund is that it will not track straight on uneven, sloped, slanted or crowned road. I believe all of this style of any other brand will do this. In other words, concept of the design of them has them a failure. No one is talking right? Not even the reviewers. I'll find someone to help sue if I am not given a full refund.
track straight: On slightly slanted surface maybe 1-2* it will veer downward following the slope and its pretty much not possible to merely correct its direction. So, use only on LEVEL flat surfaces. Better yet, don't buy.

The lowest watts i would accept is 2000 w.Why not 6000 or even 10.000w.

Tricycles are unsafe. It is very easy to flip when turning because it cannot be leaned. They are basically a danger to one's health for elders. What you want is a reverse tricycle, where the 2 wheels are in front, and the single wheel is in the rear.
You mean like the #2 on this list with two wheels in the front instead? So the storage will be in the front which is probably better cause you can see your cargo in the front. But if you leaned backwards can't you flip backwards too? Also, can this design come with a backrest for comfort?
@@CP-zb3ky Arcimoto has not released the trike #2 in this video yet. Recumbent trikes are all reversed trikes, but they are not cheap and are recumbent, which seniors are not physically able to do. These recumbent trikes are also very expensive for a decent range of gears. If Arcimoto gets it right, their trike shouldn't cost too much more than today's recumbent trikes (non-motorized). It may take a couple of years though for Arcimoto to reach production stage. It is very difficult per Elon Musk to scale up to mass producation scale.
I haven’t been on a bike in about 15 yrs. Learned how to ride an etrike in about 10 min. I’m 65. The main issue is making a sharp unexpected turn, then you have to be careful. But general turns around a normal corner were easy.
@@1packatak Problem is everything is fine until something goes wrong. And if the trike does allow shit to go wrong, under extenuating or distracting circumstances, shit will happen. It is better to be in a well designed equipment that prevents shit from happening even when the situation catches you off-guard.
@@danstenis660 You convinced me, I think I'm going to wait for a reverse etrike for safety. However, it's probably not going to be an Arcimoto, they're too fast which will require car insurance which I'd like to avoid. Only using it to run errands in the neighborhood so don't need the speed.

Actually they are very safe.
I find it ironic that people are saying trikes are unsafe. So are bicycles safe? No. Are trikes more accessible and user friendly for people with challenges? Yes. We don't want to sit at home while you zip around... We will take the same risks you do when we join the bike path. We don't necessarily want to be 'protected' by people who think they are keeping us safe by oppressing us.
