How would you compare ANC function to Soundcore Q45?
Thx for posting this review. Gonna definitely give these a go to check out that Earfun sound profile. Clean design overall and not too concerned about the heat. Gonna keep an eye out for the Moondrop Golden Ages as I am eager to hear their sound and see if app improved since the Space Travel.

I should of said are the earfun's better overall over the soundcore q30 i knew they were different brands my apologies if i threw you off. I have Cerebral Palsy and i definitely wanted to get my comment in live but i used voice to text to make sure i got it in fast enough. Much love from Florida. Keep it going 😊

I got the Wave Pros yesterday and I still like the sound better on the Q30s. The Wave Pros are definitely more neutral in comparison. The Q30s get louder as well.

Nice work Jefe! I have had my pair for a few weeks too. I LOVE them and think they are my favorite pair out of the 25+ that I own in terms of style/performance. How do you think they stack up against the 1More Sonoflow? I've been thinking about getting a pair to compare. Also, great job with the PSA about disposing of e-waste properly. I work in a recycling facility and you would not believe how many old Bluetooth speakers and phones come through.

I'm a big fan or EarFun and ordered these on Monday (release day). After doing some side-by-side comparison with my EarFun Air Pro 3...I decided to send them back. I really like the sound of the Air Pro 3 and these didn't match it IMO. Maybe I didn't have the EQ set the same or something. For sure these are more comfortable, but unless I'm on a 10+hr flight..it's just easier to use the Air Pro 3s I have from EarFun.

Looking very reminiscent of Sony's XM3/XM4 while the cups remind me of Sennheiser
Just got mine and yes these are very good! Now this is comparing to $150 headphones! Somehow their sound signature is very “poor” which surprised me loving Earfun Free Pro 3 earbuds.
The comfort is great, ANC is okay and again not as good EFP 3 ANC.
Volume/loudness is not great when tuned for bass but screaming high when tuned for treble and vocal.
Eventually EQ tuning for hours and assisted with a third party EQ I got them right.
So yeah it’s possible to get a satisfying sound with these.
At $ 80.00 they’re very good and easily run over SoundPeats new whatever the name is…
As a Earfun Free 3 ANC fan I’m a bit disappointed as I was expecting similar sound quality but Wave Pro tuning is totally different thus the necessary EQ tuning one must do.
I just recently purchased the Mark Levinson .5909 hope they sound good once broken in compared to the Focal - Bathys headphones 🎧!

Interesting battle with 1more (sonosflow and Sonosflow Se), Soundpeats and a bunch of Soundcore options. (Q30,35, 45, space one, q20plus etc....)

Depends. If you can get Soundcore Space Q45 for under $100, that would be my top choice. Otherwise, these Earfuns are the way to go.

I got them yesterday and I am kind of not so enthusiastic comparing to Soundcore Q30. Earfun's EQ is not good. Q30 has better, efficient EQ so you can tailor the sound and get more faithful frequency representation without being muddy. I feel like Waves don't have this punch and detail.
I am wondering how would compare to these two 1More Sonoflow in terms of sound quality.

@@ELJefeReviews thanks for your reply. Yes indeed you mention 1More Sonoflow. They competing but I think (assuming Q45 is superior to Q30) Q45 will sound best of these three. I had Q30. I have Wave Pro. Non of these will sound faithful and neutral without proper EQing so it's now all about well designed and efficient EQ. EarFun's EQ is poor. Maybe it's possible to EQ them with third party parametric EQ (AirReps156X) I did with EarFun Free Pro 2 - gamechanger (oluv's gadgets YT channel) maybe after that they would sound better. I know 1More app and their EQ is also not the best, similar to Earfuns'.
Anker has best EQ and after "unmudding" and "unbooming" Q30 they sounded best to me. Of course they all are budget cans with big limitations so when I want real sound I wear Sennheiser HD600 with Sonarworks correction. Even old good Audio-technica ATH-M50 with bluetooth dongle by Fiio is a great option (of course no ANC etc.)

Err... the discount code seemed to have done the job, although Earfun unfortunately didn't hear about currency conversion... (£=$) - not yet in stock in the UK - seeing - and hearing - is believing...
I just bought the 1MORE Sonoflow and I’m an iPhone user. The treble on the Sonoflow seems dim or harsh depending on the EQ and type of music played. Is the overall sound profile for the Earfun a better option on an iPhone if I want a neutral/smoother sound profile especially vocals and treble?
How they compare against the soundcore q30 or q35? in terms of sound quality, volume and overall. Thank you!

4:53 I can answer that oddity. It's using a slightly older BES2300 chip that runs Bluetooth 5.0 which they didn't want to advertise compared to competitors that advertise Bluetooth 5.3/5.4 etc.

Many other reviews state that it is Bluetooth 5.3... so don't know what is the real version in the EWP
@@gigalabsMost reviewers are ignorant and are just repeating what they see from other reviews. None of Earfun's marketing material nor their manual shows Bluetooth 5.3 as a spec.
If you look up their FCC filing it shows a picture with a BES2300 chip. It's bluetooth 5.0. Not that it matters, really. Most apps compensate for the latency, and for anything that doesn't you have a Game Mode that works well.
This looks very inspired from sony wh 1000 xm3 and xm4. Even the case is basically the same as the sony

Yes. They have low-latency game mode. The mic is decent. This is not a gaming headset so don't expect the same mic quality you get from Astro or SteelSeries.

Nice. How do these sound over the headphone jack?
Not very good. Most wireless headphones rely on DSP tuning to sound good. When used with AUX, the Wave Pro shut down completely which removes DSP from the equation. If you want something that sounds good over a headphone jack, you need to buy dedicated wired headphones.

I have been using these headphones for 3 days now. Unfortunately they don't work properly: When I start an audio file (or video on CZcams) the headphones skipping the first 3 seconds before I can hear any sound.
The same happens when I pause and resume the playback of a song or video: When I resume the playback, about 3 seconds are missed out before I can hear anything.
I have this issue with different devices: Google Pixel 5 Smartphone (Android 14), Huawei MateBook 14 (2020-model, AMD, Windows 10) and Fire TV 4K TV-Stick for connection to my Samsung TV Set.
The firmware of the headphones is up to date. I have already done a factory reset. The headphones are connected to only one device at a time. LDAC is turned off.
The costumer service advised me to enable Game Mode, but that didn't solve the problem.
I'd send them back. They might be defective.
