  • The Willem Prinsloo Agricultural Museum is Located on the Farm Kaalfontein, around 30 kilometers (half an hour’s drive) from Pretoria. The museum displays the progress and history of agriculture in South Africa from the Stone Age until 1945.
    The museum currently has 56 couches, 43 tractors, 3 bulldozers, and 21 balers (maize threshers), of which some date from 1880. There is also a number of agricultural implements on display. The farm grounds have braai facilities where you can have a picnic while enjoying the countryside view. Two farm house, one dating from 1880 and one from 1913 can be viewed, as well as an excellent example of an Ndebele homestead showcasing the Ndebele architecture from 1900 to 1940.
