Foxwarren's sound makes me wish for a slower life...One full of sunsets and difficult conversations in a fading light. Goodness me, such a wonderful mix of sounds!
I feel like this video is a statement on how there are two kinds of loneliness. The obvious loneliness of having no one around you, and the subtle loneliness of being surrounded, but never truly connecting with those around you.
Which sounds like the same thing and it feels like the same thing a lot of the time...but boy, sometimes it really kicks in that it's day and night. =/

I don´t care if i don´t understand every word Andy sings, his tone, thier melodies, the vintage vibe in the instruments, the way he recorded his albums, and the melancolic-atmospheric-psicodelic music he is producing, literally could sing in german and i will buy anything he does. Damn, even his voice comes from a little gap in his lips, and sounds reverberant!

I listened to foxwarren oftenly, and i think they were the new genesis.. Their type if music maybe isn't same, but the feelings that i got was amazing same.
The new album is thrilling in moods, ideas and sonic landscape. I love it and its a fantastic next step for Andy's musical vision. His growth as an artist is something special and I can only imagine what the future brings...

I hear the Shins in the voice and melody (New Slang) along with Elliott Smith (Rose Parade / Between The Bars). Donovan in the chord progression of the verses (Hurdy Gurdy Man ). A John Lennon hook in the chorus (Real Love.) and some other 70s soft rock in the production on the chorus.. maybe Bread or America.. something like that. anyway. This is good - I really like it. Kid’s music is well-informed and but fresh. I like the way the record sounds too.

how did they film this is beautiful... holy shit i need to know what camera? .... this effect isn't easy to recreate in adobe ..... so they probably didn't use too much effect but went with a vintage cam....
Shot on Kodak 7219 500T stock, 16mm film, with a Arriflex SR3 and Angenieux 25-250mm super 35 lens (effectively a 50-500mm at super 16).
