Illinois Wesleyan University is a private liberal arts college in Bloomington, Illinois. Founded in 1850, the central portion of the present campus was acquired in 1854 with the first building erected in 1856. The University's first international students, Y. Osawa and K. Tanaka, arrived from Japan in 1889.

Make a trip over to Dubuque IA. You could get University of Dubuque, Loras College and Clarke University. They are all within a few blocks of each other.
