Old version FTW, the paint job feels better for me and more accessories! Especially the stand, the way the old version stand lights up with the red light coming through the grate just looks spectacular in the dark combined with the lights in the head. It screams star wars to me
Was considering bidding on the newer one but man it looks terrible compared to the older one. I figured the new one would be better. Thanks for the comparison
The original blows the new one away. I returned mine because it had so many issues(leg hoses are installed wrong, elbow pieces are poorly attached, and paint apps are weak). That and the stand is nowhere near as nice.
Great comparison. I prefer the original one. The colors are better, the base is 100x better, and you had more bang for your money. Are you going to compare the new IG-11 from the Mandalorian?
I returned mine as well. This new version is a turd. Loose leg, paint flaws everywhere, left leg kept falling off and it weighs like 2oz. Do not buy this figure everyone.

Most likely the HT IG-11 will be better. SS has done a poor job on both of their IG 88 version.
