Tutorial Tuesday: Smoky Rainbow Nail Art

Today I am removing my Opal Nails that I had on for 3 weeks and am changing it to a colorful Smoky design.
Watch me as I remove old product, clean up the cuticles, and re-apply (builder gel/rubber base). Then it's on to the fun stuff!
