Responsibility will come in 2-4 years as you gain experience. Look upon seniors, parents, elders on how they do things and analyse how you would do under similar conditions with what information nthey had and then think how u might have done given the same & more informed conditions. When you choose an experience to learn and deliver, you own that (good bad whatever it may be). Hence be learnt so that you maximise positive outcome.
