- Marineford arc is one of the best arc of one piece. In this arc, we got to see massive war between the pirates and marines. It the battle between whitebeard pirates and his alliance Vs the Navy HQ. Both side contain quite strong characters. From whitebeard pirates, we have whitebeard, Marco, Vista, jozu,Izo and captains of his alliance such as Squard,Mcguy, Roma, little Oars jr, blamenco and many more. From marine side, we had characters like Akainu, Aokiji, Garp, Kizaru, Sengoku. Also, we had shichibukai/ warlords from their side such Mihawk, Doflamingo, Moria, Kuma and others. One the other hand, Luffy was fighting from Whitebeard side to save his brother Ace. Same way, Crocodile, Ivancov, Jinbei, Buggy,Mr 3 and others too. In the end of war, Red haired pirates and Blackbeard pirates also make their entry.
We got to see some interesting fights in this war such as Mihawk Vs Luffy, Whitebeard Vs Akainu, Luffy Vs Aokoji, Luffy Vs Akainu, Garp Vs Luffy, Garp Vs Marco, Marco Vs Akainu, Crocodile Vs Doflamingo, Mihawk Vs Vista, Blackbeard Vs Whitebeard, Ace Vs Akainu, Buggy Vs Mihawk and many more fights.
So, today I will be ranking top 50 strongest characters from the Marineford arc. It will be an interesting video.

I don't think Blackbeard was that strong yet. He and his entire crew fled from Akainu not long after this, and it took his whole crew to match Sengoku.
Blackbeard was somewhat ahead of Marco, most likely, but not at the level of an admiral.

It's a joke that Mihawk didn't do anything in the war and in the anime he's so high just because of his lines, for me the first place goes to Whitebeard because he wasn't defeated by anyone in the war even though he fought fighting against opponents of the same level as Akainu and resisted until the end of the war without falling, this showed how great his vigor and resistance is and even without being able to use haki like the others, he knew how to spare maximum haki to face the most powerful enemies detail that he didn't use king's haki or plating against Akainu because that would probably require a lot of energy and even then he wasn't defeated

The only real issue i have is that mihawk is below shanks. It is always due to agenda, as any reasonable person would look at shanks as a swordsman, and thus mihawks inferior.

Benn Beckman is stated to be almost the Captain's equal
Many people think Ace=Jinbe. because their fight ended in a draw, when they fought Ace was only 17 years old, at Marineford he was 20 years old, during those three years he had clearly surpassed Jinbe and was almost on par with Marco
Boa is clearly stronger than Doffy, he even paralyzed the entire Blackbeard crew and all the marine troops that Koby brought when his island was attacked.

It's also stated that shanks didn't lose power when he lost he's arm, it only affected he's sword skills not overall power, that is literally mihawk did not want to challenge him. Mihawk is a swordsman that follows the code of swordman, the reason he didn't challenge shanks is not because he was overall weaker, it's because he sword skills dropped . What is the honor of fighting a one handed swordman?
