I tried many sensitivity settings and from all of that I've learnt that higher dpi (like 1600/1700) helps you in movement and pk shots.

what do you think of gsync or free sync? I have a zowie with dyac premium and i am turning it off now so i can have a better responsive image. But what would you think would be better for Apex ,dyac off, sync on or everything off? thanks in advance!

gsync should be avoided. It only increases lag input to the mouse and keyboard. Which is no bueno in shooters.

gsync is great. it adds like 1/2 ms of latency if setup correctly, which is not AT ALL noticeable, while making your game feel and look better

What is the next best thing if you can’t afford a 150 dollar mouse and a 200 dollar keyboard. I play on an apex 3 tkl and a logitech g203. I have a 2018 prebuilt and need to get a whole new pc. My cpu is being almost maximized in apex to run 150 fps on bad graphics.

Depends on your mouse grip. You should look into mouse pads as well, they are as important as your mouse.
