They were good friends with him , his name escapes me at the moment but I’m almost positive he was a made guy and he patrolled the property with a shotgun as well. Not too mention the guard dogs.
Thanks very much. Peter Penna was the groundskeeper at Mr. Boiardo's house, and his wife's name was Rita. I remember the guest house, too. It was near the pool.
jod6cindy I know there’s a home on MT Pleasant a little bit past the West Orange recycling on the right side that has a long driveway with statues on both sides , it belonged to a mobster from the Genovese family, I don’t recall his name
@@NyNjMafia if you’re going west than yeah it’s on the right side. I know the house you’re talking about. Set waaayyy back on route 10 right? It’s on left hand side if heading east towards south orange, etc.

Mom used to drive us by the place as kids. I was scared to death we'd be shot at, just for driving by. Wonder how long it'll stay in the "family".

I lived a block away in the 70s and we used to sneak in and get chased out by the guards
