Longchamp has amazing customer service and will repair the bag once for free and for a small fee afterwards (if needed). For example, I got the corners repaired on one of mine and then I paid €25 for the zipper replacement.

After seeing them all over Paris in 2015, I bought one at the store there. 85 euros for the medium size! That’s about $95. I love it.

Omg I had no idea! I love when brands have good customer service. Longchamp keeps getting better and better!
I only paid 5 euros to fix them ! On a local store in my city once in a shoemaker and the other time to a lady who repair clothing !
Ik have used my le pliage in large for 6 years in school every single day. This bag holds up soo well just the corners get worn out after those years

The leather version is way more than twice the price! It’s more like 6 times.
I’ve seen some leather ones for $400-600 but yes, it’s significantly more than the nylon. Do you own any leather ones? Are they worth it?
