DUDES CAN BAKE 4 INGREDIENT COSTCO FLOUR EASY BREAD RECIPE PEASANT BREAD FLOUR YEAST SALT NO KNEAD

3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
.5 teaspoon yeast
1.75 cups water between 100-110f
Mix dry ingredients
Add water, mix until sticky dough. May need to add an extra splash of water
Cover with towel.
Put in cold microwave or oven or cabinet to rise overnight
Put flour down on counter, scrape dough onto counter, form into a reasonable shape with wet hands
Put parchment paper into oven safe pan that has a lid
Put dough into pan with cover on
Put pan into cold oven
Bake at 450 for 30 mins
Take cover off bake for another 25-30 mins
Let cool 15 mins before cutting
Eat warm or wrap in cloth
Can put in toaster later
