Thanks for finally putting MORTAL back into the Mortal Realms! The final results do look pretty spectacular 👍
Love the design. I hope City Aelves and Duardin will also get a upgrade in the futures
I hope these guys become the new flagship faction, truly limitless potential for expansion
Yeah I expect the Cities to be made as big as the space marine chapters in 40k. A perfect direction for AoS to go
@@gstellar96 Especially considering that they can still slip in new Stormcast units to keep that group happy. Best of both worlds.
Yes! So much more interesting than stormcast
Love Cities of Sigmar! Hoping to see more of their lore in the future!
These miniatures are perfect, I'm obsessed with them.
Since the Cities of Sigmar exist now, I would love to see some dwarves alongside these gents, love these new models
🙂 same. While I love the new Freeguilds soldiers (except their helmets, I'm SOOO replacing them 😅), would love to see dwarves (duardin/dispossessed?) and aelves in similar uniforms and armour.
I'm planning on painting up high elf (or wood elf eternal guard) spearmen in Misthåvn colours, and give them Freeguilds shields.
At first I planned on putting aelf heads on some of the freeguilds crew too, bur realise the bodies are probably a poor fit
I'd never thought I would love to play a human race in such a a vast universe such as Warhammer but here we are. The models, the lore and the concept arts are really powerful and I'd love to get this army. Thank you for putting back mortals to the mortal realm 👏
After flying dwarfs, underwater soulless elves, and snake women. Some ‘normal’ dudes. Love it.
Cool comments are open! Hey GW, these minis are fantastic! So happy to see the cities of Sigmar become their own faction with their own minis. The blending of the human factions from the world that was is a fun treat when looking at these minis and shows how the game, lore and sculpters have advanced over the years. Keep up the good work, we can't wait to see what's next!
Thanks! Glad you like the new models!
I'm not very interested in AoS but these models are really excellent, I love how tired and fed-up they all look. If I recall correctly, weren't there some orcs (orruks) living in the cities? It'd be cool to see something like that :D
Retake the Realms! For SIGMAR!
The design esthetics for this new faction is absolutely stunning ! 😱❤️❤️❤️
Love the real-world medieval aspect they have
The designs you have are so amazing. I can't wait to see them on the field and painted up in their own fun way.
Glad you like them!
@@officialwarhammer do you think the elven kind or the Duradin might get something in the future with cities? Or is that something much further down the road?
Astonishing models! Can't wait to see more for the Cities of Sigmar faction in the future.
An amazing range. Can't wait to buy me up some and get painting
The sculpts look great, definitely preordering on Sat.
honestly i love these guys just because theyre the underdogs fighting the good fight
I love this new army, the imperial guard un Age of Signar, awesome
Just finished doing my combat patrol of guard and now getting close to the Cities coming to Sigmar! It’s so gonna be my first Sigmar army I love the models!!
That’s why I liked Fantasy so much. Almost every faction was just regular beings trying to fight against massive monsters and horrors beyond their comprehension. Looking forward to the Cities!
The cities of Sigmar are the literal definition of "My mother didn't raise no coward!"
This might actually be the thing to bring me back to warhammer after the end times of fantasy❤
I’m pumped for the Cities of Sigmar but I hope we can still take units of Stormcast with us - the factions compliment each other greatly
Spectacular minis! They really convey the severity and no nonsense attitude of the force.
Faith, Steel, and Gunpower: The Sigmarite Holy Trinity
Definitely have to get myself some of these!
Theres so much I love about this army. That manticore though... Its on another level!
Great work with the models.
Really gives perspective what mortals have to do to survive and fight.
If i am going to start sigmar and not just wait for the old world, is because of this faction
stunning work GW! can't wait to see Cities of Sigmar on the tabletop at my local wargaming cafe
Remember when i first tried to look at the AOS range, Cities caught my attention till i realised their models are super old, i just loved the idea of an army of normal soldiers in a Fantasy world. Now that they got an update I just can't wait to get into them
Miniatures look great and the art looks stunning, well done!
In the edge of extinction, without super powers, without unnatural strenght or inteligence, just a human... But with steel, faith and gunpowder we will live on now and forever!
I love playing humans in such settings, especially with such good models to paint!
I don't know that much about Age of Sigmar, but this sounds very interesting as is most things in Warhammer.
Holy sigmar
Would be good to see aelves and duradin be represented as well, because there are so many folks living in these cities outside of humans
The city's of Sigmar is the army that gets me into AoS. I wasn't a big fan of the stormcast eternals at the beginning, because they where too much like space marines imo. But I have to say, that the new stormcasts in the 3rd Edition looked much better than the first ones, but I still struggled to find an army to identify with.the city's of sigmar are exactly what I wanted and needed! And damn this they have some of the most amazing miniatures in AoS. I hope they will get a lot of stuff in the future too
They look great, i hope we get new warrior priest as well.
CoS/Empire are so much better as mascots than Stormcast. If you keep going in the direction you’re going with CoS and maybe focus on them a little more, you could redeem AoS back to old Fantasy’s former glory. Give us that dark, gritty atmosphere that we all know you can pull off like none other.
Good to see Lethis back in action
These are so freaking awesome 👍
My fav faction
I swear i seen finished domicile buildings!!!
that's so cool
Best thing to come out of Age of Sigmar imo
Love me some boots, blades and blackpowder!
I haven’t followed Age Of Sigmar much lastly
This guys are basically the astra militarum in medieval
They have faith, determination and number.
Does anyone know when this will be on the games workshop site? Kinda new to this hobby but love this minis a lot
We don't have a confirmed release date quite yet. As soon as we hear an update, we'll be sure to let you know over on the Warhammer Community website. Thanks!
@@officialwarhammer thank you (:
Love the Cities of Sigmar Range however I am looking forward to reading about them in the tomes of the black library.
Humanity fighting the gods , monsters and supernatural beings of the mortal realms 😁
Nice
Waiting to hear about Phonecium. I'm worried since GW dropped all the Phoenix Guard units from the list.
Imma miss the pantaloons in the range, but i guess they've had their time in the sun
Looks like hybrid Empire/Brettonia.
Now I wonder if there's a Dawnbringer Crusade called 'Anvilguard'?😱
Anvilgard was taken from Sigmar by Morathi. They're technically allies but that surely makes it more complicated. The citizens have to praise Morathi which means it's unlikely that Anvilgard could join a crusade in Sigmar's name. No doubt that there is more story to come!
Yay
I love the focus on the fact they are indeed mortals without the powers of the God-Forged. Plus, their dark and gritty look has strong vibes from classic Warhammer Fantasy.
Praise the God-King 🙏
😊
Not for me.
I'm sure folks will like them.
