This is a family oriented movie. It is very normal for us to live our whole life with our parents and grandparents. You will get to know a little about our family and marriage culture through this movie. If it interests you, watch the movie. It was a big hit. I watched this movie three times and I can watch it again.

FUN FACT: Salman Khan never got over the fact that not only did Madhuri get paid more than him, she walked away with the glory too - she won accolades for her performance and got more work after the release of the film. Sadly, Salman couldn't be happy for his co-star!

Before HAHK, He has so many Superhits & Blockbusters, Infact his debut movie MPK was the biggest hit of Indian Cinema surpassing all the records of Sholay! After that He had Baghi, Saajan, Patthar ke Phool, Saajan...etc which were all Superhits!
And this whole story of him being unhappy is all Crap! Atleast if you don't have full knowledge of the incident you shouldn't be posting any self made story, it's ridiculous!!
Salman was never ever Unhappy, & Has never ever been unhappy with any of his Co-actor & on contrary He supports them all! Madhuri & Salman share a very lovely & respected bond with each other!

I don't think you need to watch all the songs of this film. I would say the most popular songs of the film are: Didi Tera Devar, Joote Do Paise Lo, Mayi ni Mayi, and Pehla Pehla Pyar but I also like the song Mujse Juda Hokar. All the songs are good but there are some that I rarely rewatch from this soundtrack. Wah Wah Ramji is good too.
This songs signifies their love being like that of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.

It's a must watch India movie..
On paper, 14 songs sound daunting and the runtime .... but don't feel it when u r watching it. It's a simple family based love story, but it is beautifully made with songs part of narrative.... this movie singlehandedly brought about a shift in movie making from mid 90s onwards, and even it's widespread impact on Indian marriages n customs for many lol...... must watch! Half the job is done by reviewing the songs, v feel good innocent lovely nobody...at the very least u get Madhuri

you should watch hum saath saath hair & the songs from it! I believe it's from 1997 and it Starrs Salman khan, saif Ali khan, Karisma Kapoor, sonali bender and a few other popular actors. it's also another fun family film I think you'll really enjoy it!
