I'm not troom troom but I recommend you use a mint tin roll up the pad and put it in If you don't have mint tins put a pad down the front of your trousers and then it's there when and if you need it hope this helped if you use a tampon let me know and I'll tell you hacks for that (I know some people don't like using them ) Please let me know if these helped
