I feel like I've been unofficially doing a project pan for my skincare lol... I realized when moving how out of hand my collection got so I decided to focus on a few products and use them up! Totally should have filmed that HA!

I love this! You have been a big inspiration for me in trying to shop my own stash and use up the products that I already own. I started doing a monthly make up basket in January, and including my hair products and skincare in the basket, too. So one face wash one eye cream one sunblock, one hairspray, etc. Especially my mini sizes and Products that were already more than half used up. I have been using up so many products! It’s so exciting! Just wanted to say I love watching these videos. Keep up the good work.

You have inspired me to start trying to use what I have makeup/skincare/haircare wise. I've started doing a weekly makeup basket to rotate products, and I'm trying to add things to a project pan. I also sorted through all my products and threw out old/expired stuff that I forgot I had (big step for me!). So glad I found this series and your channel! 💖

Monthly updates would be great. I have too many masks & skincare products open, so I now don''t open anything new that comes in my sub boxes or Ulta orders, until I finish up some of what I have open...especially oils, serums & Vit C products that expire faster. I also had a lot of sample sizes open, so I focused on using them up too and have gotten thru a lot of them. Monthly updates from you, will help keep all of us motivated LOL ;-) Have a great day ❤

Ooh this inspires me to make a project pan! I've been wanting to start one, but as I have a minimal amount of makeup.
But my skincare is another realm- I have quite a lot. I think I'll start panning my Murad skincare products that came in a set so that I can start my Laroche-Posay line. I also have a Shea moisture mask that I want to finish up so that I can replace it with the Body Shop tea tree mask that has tamanu oil. I also bought some strawberry products from the Body Shop that I want to finish up so I can use another scent~ No rush with that one though; the smell is lovely. Thanks for uploading this!

Yay! I hope you enjoy this it’s so satisfying, skincare is used up much faster than makeup. My project pan for skincare is on 24 items now - I’m aiming for 30 before mid July when I head overseas. I’ve got 1 cleanser that’s close to end, 1 travel serum I should be able to use, 1 facial polisher, 1 face mist, and then maybeee but unlikely 1 vitamin c serum and 1 sunscreen. Oh and 1 mask which I’m really going to focus on finishing

I didn’t know about Shea moisture. I have heard that logical Harmony doesn’t think Fenty is CF
I thought I read somewhere on Logical Harmony's site that the reason Shea Moisture is on the naughty list is because they wouldn't guarantee that their suppliers don't test on animals. Which means they can only state that their finished product isn't tested on animals. So I think it's up to each of us to determine for ourselves if this disqualifies them as CF, much like we do for companies that are CF themselves but are owned by non-CF companies.
I've been doing a rolling project pan for the first time this year, but mine's a mix of hair, skincare, body and makeup products. Just whatever I think I'd like to focus on either using up completely or hitting pan on. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, as I've had a few products in there that I haven't really liked, but just wanted to use up. Right now, I'm focusing on my Mario Badescu cucumber & green tea spray, a facial mask, a Bath & Body Works lotion (seriously, I have way too many), and a couple of blushes. I have about 7 other makeup products in there, but those will take longer, and so those first 5 are what I'm focusing on most. I too definitely find that skincare or even body/hair products finish up a lot faster than any makeup product for me.

That Shea moisture mask , I had a sample and I could not get past the smell of it.

For those harder to eyeball products (like the bum bum cream), Kat and Hailey from Beauty News actually weigh the product at the start and weigh them at each check in. I plan to have my kitchen scale do double duty.😉
I'd be fine with once a month. I love Tanceuticals stuff. I used their tanning creme.

The Bum Bum cream is the only lotion that I will use, I’m hooked. Ohh could you use the black charcoal mask as a spot treatment as well? Might help when trying to finish it. Your makeup is stunning per usual. 💕

Shea Moisture is one of my favorite brands... I didn't know it is on LH brands to avoid list.... Anyway I really like that mask and find a I have to use quite a bit for my full face. I need to get crackalackin on my face masks.

That's a big jar for a mask. I thought shea moisture was cruelty free too. I have a giant jar of cerave I'm almost done with. I use it for my hands which get really dry..

Shea moisture is cruelty free! I just checked Logical Harmony and Cruelty free kitty and they say otherwise
@@grinchussy that's what confuses me some sites say it is some says it doesn't. The labels on the products can also be misleading so that's fun(sarcasm)...
