after reading a ton of LN and books and manga. overlord may be a solid 7.5 but its my fav. ASOIAF may have once been my fav but author i hate his fat guts. not finishing a saga before you die... wtf.

The series is really good and Ainz as an mc is top tier. 2 things that are not great. 1 - cgi in later seasons, the story still holds up despite it though. 2 - because it’s based on a light novel, A LOT of information CAN be missed from certain scenes which adds weight to it. You’ll most likely have light novel readers comment when such things happen though so you should be good. Enjoy.
