point to be noted laptop adapters usually have wide range of input for instance mine has (100-240V and 1.8A and 50-60 hz Freq) so if you already have a good laptop once check your laptop adapter input and use it dont waste your money

You are wrong in point of voltage difference. Although both countries have power outlets of different voltages but laptop power bricks are designed to work at a range of 110V-250V, so it does not make a difference whether you charge your laptop at 110V or 250V

Its something that i felt by myself. I completely understand that you’re saying this from a point of experience and expertise.
But i feel the devices work best while they are where they were designed to work at.
Same gaming on ac worked wonders in india. But in canada same games after on ac were extremely choppy with no hardware change.
So from what I experienced. It might make a difference.

    Hello Subham..
I'm coming to Canada this december and thinking to buy MacBook air M2 in this Flipkart sale where I will get it around 75k INR. What's your opinion on this? Shall I buy it from here only or could see cheaper price than this in Canada?
I hope to hear from you soon and would appreciate it.
    Thanks in advance brother 😊

Check Apple.ca education prices, and you can check some old ones on the Facebook marketplace here in Canada, you can also buy it here in installments so that's a plus, it would help in building your credit score.
Keep these things in mind and make the right decision for yourself.
If there is not much difference in price, consider buying it from Canada as the warranty, chargers and everything else matters as well.

I opt for bachelor of computer science in Canada but i don't have laptop here in India so i have to buy it from Homecountry or in Canada ( from the perspective of assignments) . In this scenario what should i do?

    • @ShubhXCanada

      Buy it from canada.
Never buy new electronics from india while coming to canada
Voltage difference, performance issues, adapter problems, warranty issues, no insurance.
