If you are sure that you have removed all debris from inside as well, then take out the plug and put it back after 10-15 minutes. If it doesn’t go after restart then check with service.

Are you getting same error code? The bottom cover is difficult to remove if there is a rust so you have to apply force but be careful.
From where the water is coming out ?

Did you check inside the filter area if it is clear as well? Once confirmed remove power code for 10 minutes and then restart again.
