Ive noticed overall you seem to avoid second items like liandry and shadowflame, for other options like defensive or horizon focus, could you explain your thought process behind it, and is it something that is niche to the way challenger games are played, or is applicable to lower elos aswell?

what do you think about absorb life I like it but I had run out of mana in a team fight in mid game so many times and lost bc of the rune so Idk
that's why i took manaflow, it's good imo, been running it ever since.
