I faced a problem in listening part of real exam. There was no audio included for one listening question. The invigilators resarted the machine four times but didnt make it correct. So I had to stop the test. So sad, I had only few questions to answer.

Also there is issue in purchase of official mock test, there is no confirmation email and voucher issued even after 10 days. PTE customer care of no use and asking to filling up a form with no hopes waiting for voucher code.I'm kind of blocked here in booking my exam slot waiting for the voucher to take mock test

Yeah it's really frustrating and they are not responding to complaints as well. I have filled up the complaint form and still haven't received any updates from Pearson.

I'm also faced the same issue, I purchased a scored practice test and the money has been deducted from the credit card, and no confirmation mail or receipt. Still waiting for it. I have filled the form and sent them, but there is no response from the PTE team.

Same. I purchased a mock test. But before I receive the voucher, I completed my PTE real exam. I raised a complaint. It's pathetic. They will take 5 days to take action against the complaint.

Hi dear, I faced an issue at pte test center.
I had mistakenly chosen my date of birth wrong, even though I raised my case there, but they responded me through chat bot, that you missed your appointment and you have to choose another test appointment with new payment, last payment will not be refundable.
There is any possibility that you can help me to get reschedule my test.

Unfortunately date of birth is something very critical to identify a person’s identity, Pearson will not give you a refund probably, and unfortunately this is human error from your side not from Pearson. Good luck 🤞
