Ingredients
*OIl
*Green Chilli
*Garlic
*Onion
*Capsicum
*Ginger Garlic Paste
*Tomato Puree
*Red Chilli Powder
*Turmeric Powder
*Coriander Powder
*Cumin Powder
*Black Pepper Powder
*Coriander Leaves
METHOD:-
1)Heat the oil in a pan on a medium flame,add chopped green chilli,garlic,onion and ginger garlic paste,and capsicum fry until the onion becomes translucent.
2)After add tomato puree and salt,cook until raw smell goes away.
3)Then add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and bring the sauce to a simmer.
4)use small spoon to make a small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs in to a each well.Cook the eggs for 5-8 minutes.
5)Garnish with black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
