- Recipes for H Pylori diet plan is one step closer to a diet for H Pylori infection. Increased use of okra (or bhindi) is one of the natural ways to address Helicobacter Pylori and Diet.
It may surprise you to know that an H Pylori eradication diet can start with extensive use of okra - and I feel that any H Pylori dietary recommendations should include okra as an essential diet for H Pylori patients.
This video is special because this is one of the H Pylori recipes - more specifically, zero oil Helicobacter Pylori vegan diet.
So... I am not sure use of okra can be used for curing H Pylori without antibiotics, but why not try? So, do remember to include okra as an essential in your H Pylori Diet Plan as H Pylori ulcers natural cures.

I was diagnosed with H.pylori n i took the kit twice but it didn't went.. now i was told to take esomeprazole 40 mg twice before meal coz i had a lot of gas n stomachache,,
Alhamdulillah it has been 1 n half week without any esomeprazole since i started with Okra,,
I take it twice a day. I just cut into smaller bite size,, i boil in less than 3 minutes when it's still crunchy,, i don't add anything,,
Alhamdulillah i have been taking it before meal like 30- 1 hour n then i eat,,
Alhamdulillah Allah Has put blessings in it n it has helped m alot

Just wanted to ask, with this recipe of yours can I air fry the okra as well? Or will air frying reduces its slime and hence defeats the purpose?
Namaste. Okra will help reduce infection and prevent further proliferation of H.pylori to the intestinal walls. It cannot eliminate the infection. It's best to steam it or lightly saute it in little oil and have. I have not used airfryer,so have no experience. But slime should be present when you eat it.
Also a diet that helps reduce hyperacidity helps to prevent Hpylori infection, as this bacteria grows in a acidic environment.

Namaskaram. The focus of H pylori treatment mainly is to reduce hyperacidity that is condusive for its growth. The ladysfinger will prevent the growth but essentially the acidity needs to be reduced so that Hpylori cannot grow. Regarding H.pylori ,diet,it's very important to address hyperacidity that helps h.pylori to grow. Unless hyperacidity is controlled,it's a vicious cycle with continuous rounds of antibiotics.
When hyperacidity is controlled,then antibiotics are more effective.
There is an Ayurvedic wellness supplement which helps in controlling hyperacidity.

Namaskarams. Avoid oily, spicy foods. Have more alkaline foods like gourd vegetables and fruits . Avoid Processed food like bread, noodles,pasta, pizzas etc. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Yes I had it, 1st of all don't be scared. If u get scared ur gut immune will go down and the infection will get worse. 1st step is to kill off the h pylori, u can take mastic gum for 1 week without any medication to get rid of it or eat brocoli sprouts if u want to get treated by medicine then u can follow triple therapy of Amoxicillin for a week or 2. Note - taking antibiotics will destroy good and bad bacteria in the body. 2nd step is to introduce pre and pro biotics into the body to reset the gut microbiome. Stay out of stress avoid spicy foods l and if u can avoid onion and tomato. Take curd (probiotics) only after elimination of the bacteria or else u will be feeding them
Eat fresh Aloe vera. Eat and drink rosemary tea. Drink clove tea. Drink organic ginger
