Who are you and what is your name?
My name is My View My Opinion (MVMO) & I am a Podcaster, on CZcams. Due to safety concerns on the internet, I do not share my personal information anymore and I ask that others respect this. I keep my personal details private now and separate from my "internet life." Also, I'm against the cult of personality & the promotion of self. I have no desire to "make a name" for myself. That's odd in this day & time I know, because most strive for this. Too many folks make themselves the center of attention instead of helping others first & allowing the information they share be the focus of folks attention. Many crave applause, acceptance, & "fans & followers". I believe in letting the information take center stage.

I’m a new and young First Lady and i know exactly what you’re talking about based on my own experience. I dealt with a lot of hurt from other women due to being chosen by my husband!
I’m not a part of that church but I have my opinion. As I listened to Shaunie speak not once did I hear her say she knows the word of God or she knows the Jesus as her Lord & Savior. Instead I heard her say she knows the church & listed what she did in the church decades ago. The church in my opinion is a building made up of a bunch of man made rules. How can any woman be the best wife to a chosen man of God if she don’t know God. I believe some of those women may not all be jealous but because Shaunie allowed herself to be part of a tv show which showed her at her worse points & some of her past members had nothing nice to say, it’s hard to believe all of a sudden Shaunie made this great change. As a woman Shaunie treated women darker than herself horrible. As a woman Shaunie was on tv bragging about her weed business & even got high. As a woman Shaunie has displayed on tv unforgiving spirit. What kind of examples can she set for any child? If any person does not carry out God’s best, they can’t be their best to anyone. Looking from the outside in, I think it’s a business marriage. For Shaunie it’s to restore her image as a woman not a 1st lady & for him it’s a way to climb higher ladders of success.
So she has to profess to know God publicly. Who does that?
totally agree. when I think of a Christian, I don't think shaunie. she seems to be a bitter, colorist bully. not everyone is hating. she brought this reaction on herself. church is a business i'm not interested in anymore especially when I hear stuff like this.

When I was in my 20’s I was engaged to a very popular minister/gospel singer in the church. The way I was treated by the women in the church was ruthless. They hated me because I was young, and I was an outsider. I had newly joined the church. It got so bad one Sunday when the head pastor went out of town they harassed me and bullied me until I broke down and cried. I was devastated! One of the female elders in the church had to come to me personally and apologize on behalf of the church and openly rebuke those women for bullying me. I never forgot that.
I agree with Keion and Shaunie! Your commentary is spot on. The “First Lady” title seems to have been made up to elevate these women above the other women. It’s so ungodly and no scripture basis, as you stated very well using scriptures.

Who is a First Lady in the Bible? This is the problem with churches right now…amongst many.
It’s the same mindset many in the church treated Meghan Good with. They were so happy when they got divorce in the most mature way, 10 yrs later. I see sometimes why ppl shake their heads at church folks. It’s a bad look.

I love them both!! 💕💕 I believe the only thing is that he went against everything he said in the past he wanted in a woman... she drinks, reality star, her friends, she's in the weed industry, uncomfortable praying in public, doesn't quite know the bible, grew up in church but wasn't a member as an adult, and now he says he only wants her to be his wife. When you're a Pastor of a Mega Church, you don't have that luxury. Unfortunately, people do have expectations and are going to look up to the Pastor and his wife for guidance, Prayer, Bible study, Counseling, as role models, mentors, etc. It did surprised me that he would say that; perhaps "money" gave her a pass to all this. Because trust and believe, if she was just a "regular" lady, she would have never made it to PK's heart 😂😂 But he heard: "Shaunie!" he said Oh yeah!! 🤣🤣 Either way, I wished them the Best! 💚💚
To the Commentary, ma'am you did and amazing narrative that is biblical ly correct and much needed. I am very happy for Pastor Keion and his wife. Whether she choose to allow people to address her as on or not---she will never allow that to box her in. The First Lady title is actually a secular title for President wives. I get that. I hope and pray they have a successful marriage and also pray she stays focused on her husband and family and not any church negativity. And you are right, the Bible doesn’t speak on 1st ladies and the Pastors being above the church. Many churches worship their bishops and pastors and the first family. The focus should be on God and not the title holders.

Some of those women need to read Proverbs 31 and Shaunie fits the description of a Proverbs 31 Woman! That Woman was a businesswoman, she honored and respected her husband she was a homemaker, etc. Not some religious hypocrite!

I think she is 1st Lady material. Unfortunately I used to watch Basketball wives. I never seen Shaunie be loud and cursing like others. But she waited for a long time for love and marriage. I pray they are happy.

In general, these so called high profile marriages are just about status, business, etc. Shaunie seems really genuine, sweet and feminine. As time goes on, I suspect that we will see if this marriage is genuine.
