- I learnt this Mutton Curry Recipe from my Sister in law. She makes the best Mutton Masala and I am so excited to share this recipe of Mutton Curry with you all!
The key to making this mutton curry is to cook it on low flame, letting the mutton cook slowly.

Ingredients:
Mutton 800 gm
Onion 8 medium sized (750 gm appx)
Curd 1 cup
Tomato 2to 3 medium sized
Green chilly 4
Desi ghee 6 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tablespoon for marination + 1 teaspoon in gravy
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Kasori methi 2 tablespoon
Black cardamom 2
Clove 5 to 6
Cinnamon stick 1
Back peppercorn 6
Tej patta 2
Sabut red chilly 4
Meat masala 3 tablespoon ( I used shaan meat masala you can use any brand )
