    Hey there, I really enjoy your videos, thanks for all the effort!
    When it comes to anxiety I may know some things that could help a bit (Some personal experience/recommendations):
    When I do have a strong fear or an other unpleasant feeling that wont go away I move and roll my eyes. This usually reduces the intensity of an emotion. Also this effect is actually used in psychotherapie for treating traumas, depression and anxiety. The technique is called "Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)". But as I said I only do it for myself.
    Breathing also helps but I personally dont breathe to "push the anxiety away" but rather breathe "for" the anxiety like if it was my body. This usually relaxes my anxiety because I do allow it to just be and care for it rather than trying to make it disappear.
    Lastly I try not to experience reality through my head and my thoughts all the time but more often through my chest/stomach and my feelings. When staying too close to my thoughts my thinking will accelerate itself and overthinking causes anxiety. Also you cant stop overthinking with thinking about it. This is like fighting fire with fire. So I try to stay with my feelings in my stomach/chest that dont make my mind race.
    I am not really sure if this is all understandable, its just what works for me.
    Some other sources I think might be interesting:
    The CZcams channel "Buddhist Society of Western Australia", especially the video "Four ways of letting go", but also every other meditation/dhammatalk video there.
    Maybe Interviews/Books from Dr. Joe Dispenza (Neuroscientist), havent digged too deep into this but he talks about some very interesting techniques that seem to be lifechanging for a lot of people.
    The Wim Hoff method (works also really great together with meditation)
    I hope some of these things may be helpful to anyone who struggles. I wish you the best!

    I've tried quite a few things for anxiety, but the ones that really made a difference, after the advice of my doc, were: ashwagandha, cbd oil, rhodiola rosea and the most important, yes so simple one, magnesium!! Magnesium made a huge difference, but you have to take the right type, like glycinate or citrate, preferably in powder form. Hope you feel better!

    Hello Kel, having anxiety is probably why you are one of best to help all of us with ours because you can relate to what we are going through. We all also want you to get better and feel relaxed as we do. Always take time for yourself and enjoy the world.

    When you put in your water/milk onto your protein powder, turn it upside down and hit the bottom so the powder doesn't clog at the bottom and it all mixes completely. That's a trick I've learned over the years. Defo give it a try :D !

      Nurse here, please just be careful of taking St. John’s wort with other medications/supplements as it’s known for interacting with many medications and can cause terrible sometimes even fatal side effects! No hate just want to make sure everyone is safe ❤️

    I understand your battle with anxiety. I have been dealing with really bad anxiety myself and panic attacks as well. Sometimes to the point where I feel like I'm having a heart attack. Just know it gets better. Take care of yourself first.

    I suffer from extreme anxiety and it sucks. It's ok to take a break and chill. The dog will help my little one does wonders for me to help relax me. Thanx for what you to help us relax but also take care of your self.

    My friend who is a homeopath also recommends St John's Wort but she said to be careful with sun exposure when taking it, I don't remember exactly why but please look into it and take care 🤗

    That wiener dog is officially the cutest little doggo 😍Hopefully the St Johns Wort helps ease your anxiety. I go through waves of anxiety as well and it can be really overwhelming at times. CBD and magnesium oil are also really good to take the edge off. Anyways good luck hun, you are doing great! 🦋💕

    Nice and healthy routine! Might I suggest adding the milk and/or water before the protein powder, helps it mix better and not stick to the bottom.

    Propanolol worked perfectly for my anxiety.I went from pannic attack while talking to a shop assistent to public speaking to a class of 200 students 💪

    If you want to try some other supps to help with anxiety, ashwaganda ksm 66 and phosphatidylserine work really well

    -5 Senses( 5 things you smell taste see touch etc)
    -listen to asmr / music
    - play a game on ur phone
    - colour
    - go for a walk
    -call a friend
    -watch Netflix or look for a new show
    -go on pintrest
    -try and listen to a meditation
