Hey there, I really enjoy your videos, thanks for all the effort! When it comes to anxiety I may know some things that could help a bit (Some personal experience/recommendations): When I do have a strong fear or an other unpleasant feeling that wont go away I move and roll my eyes. This usually reduces the intensity of an emotion. Also this effect is actually used in psychotherapie for treating traumas, depression and anxiety. The technique is called "Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)". But as I said I only do it for myself. Breathing also helps but I personally dont breathe to "push the anxiety away" but rather breathe "for" the anxiety like if it was my body. This usually relaxes my anxiety because I do allow it to just be and care for it rather than trying to make it disappear. Lastly I try not to experience reality through my head and my thoughts all the time but more often through my chest/stomach and my feelings. When staying too close to my thoughts my thinking will accelerate itself and overthinking causes anxiety. Also you cant stop overthinking with thinking about it. This is like fighting fire with fire. So I try to stay with my feelings in my stomach/chest that dont make my mind race. I am not really sure if this is all understandable, its just what works for me. Some other sources I think might be interesting: The CZcams channel "Buddhist Society of Western Australia", especially the video "Four ways of letting go", but also every other meditation/dhammatalk video there. Maybe Interviews/Books from Dr. Joe Dispenza (Neuroscientist), havent digged too deep into this but he talks about some very interesting techniques that seem to be lifechanging for a lot of people. The Wim Hoff method (works also really great together with meditation) I hope some of these things may be helpful to anyone who struggles. I wish you the best!

I've tried quite a few things for anxiety, but the ones that really made a difference, after the advice of my doc, were: ashwagandha, cbd oil, rhodiola rosea and the most important, yes so simple one, magnesium!! Magnesium made a huge difference, but you have to take the right type, like glycinate or citrate, preferably in powder form. Hope you feel better!

When you put in your water/milk onto your protein powder, turn it upside down and hit the bottom so the powder doesn't clog at the bottom and it all mixes completely. That's a trick I've learned over the years. Defo give it a try :D !

I understand your battle with anxiety. I have been dealing with really bad anxiety myself and panic attacks as well. Sometimes to the point where I feel like I'm having a heart attack. Just know it gets better. Take care of yourself first.

If you want to try some other supps to help with anxiety, ashwaganda ksm 66 and phosphatidylserine work really well
