ingredients
4 kg mince with 500 gm fat
500 gm raw papaya paste
150 gm Ginger garlic paste
400 gm all'purpose flour
500 gm roasted gram flour
80 gm salt
30 gm mace and green cardamom powder with 5o percent ratio
sandal burada 20 gm
potli masala 25-30 gram
red chilli powder 50-60 gm
150 gm dessicated coconut
20 gm black pepper powder
kewra water
rose water
mitha itr
Half kg mince ingredients are
Half kg mince
1 tbsp salt
Red chilli powder as per taste
Sandal wood 1/4 tbsp
Potli masala 1 tbsp
1 tbsp coconut powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Half tsp black pepper powder
1 mace and green cardomom powder
2 tbsp raw papaya paste
2 tbsp all purpose flour
5 tbsp roasted gram flour
Add
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
4 cloves
Kewra water 4 tbsp
Mitha itr 4 drops

It was ok but no ajinomoto please we Shia people make this kabab on seventh day of moharram remove.s all the blood strainer meh water and blood nilalthe wash properly karhe hai fried onions mix karhe hai no maida pls besan ko Desi ghee meh bhonthe hai aur yeh fry nahi karthe isko dimi aach meh sekdi meh pakathe hai just like keema then pudina and Hara dhaniya dalthe hai aur rumali roti se khathe hai with paneer onion muli lemon ka salad bana k khathe hai 👍 and no ajinomoto

For 1 kg keema, divide all the ingredients by 4 ,, like, 1/4 th of whatever measure is mentioned here ,,
For example, she said in 4 kg of keema and take 500 gms of charbi ( fat ) ,, so if you make of 1kg of keema, take 125 gms of charbi ( fat )
