Glad you are settling in and Happy birthday to Chris. Those pancakes looked yummy. As I mentioned last time, trays or tray tables may be a good idea until you get a dining table. You don't want to spill 🍁 syrup on your white sofa! I had to laugh at the camera, we had Polaroids back when I was a kid. Everything old is new again.
Choco says thanks dad for making my bed, and jumps right up. 😄 I love how there is a closet just for the dog’s coats. Happy birthday Chris. 🎉

Your video's are always uplifting. You seem to have a very happy family. Happy Birthday to you Chris. If you like sci fi/fantasy, you might want to read the Lord of the Rings. I know it's been out on video for many years already but the books are always better in my opinion. In the late 60's a band called Led Zeppelin even made reference to the book in one of their songs "Ramble on." Obviously I am a fan of both. I loved that camera. I am actually coming to New York in September and I think a camera like that would be perfect for a memory wall instead of just looking at pictures on my phone. The table idea is a good one!! Easy to make bigger for company or small for just the two of you. Your boys once again were the stars of the show, I love their little antics. And Choco's bubble comment "I am the gift" made me laugh out loud. So cute!! One question, where did you get the boy's clothes hangers? I have clothes for my girls but they just sit on top of my dresser. I also liked your idea of a toy box with a lid. I play "10 second tidy" with the girls and throw everything in their box and then they spend the next 10 minutes tossing it all again...lol. Thank you for another great video and for showing what was in the LV bag, I saw it in your short vid and was curious. Who doesn't like an orange bag right? Hello! You guys have a beautiful apartment, and I love your videos. We are planning to move to NYC from down south. I was surprised to see your kitchen may not have dishwasher and a microwave. Maybe I am missing something. But is this common in NYC?

We do have a dishwasher; it’s next to the refrigerator, but you can’t see it because it looks like a brown cabinet, just like the fridge. Also, the microwave is in the same spot as the oven; it’s a two-in-one unit.
