^^^ agreed excellent interview. This gentleman does exactly what we do & have been doing @ out location for going on 15 years. He's doing all of the right things. We perform our own repairs & maintenance. We keep all of our equipment running @ 100% probably ~ 99% of the time. We would not be nearly as successful if we had to farm the work out on repairs. Keep up the great work.
