The Garlic Butter Pasta Recipe, Best Garlic Flavor, :: Simple Ingredients, Easy Pasta

I made garlic pasta quickly and easily with simple ingredients.
So that the flavor of butter and garlic can be fully evoked,
It's made with minimal ingredients, but it's really delicious.
You can also add chopped onion, shrimp, or mushrooms according to your taste.
*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)
[1 serving]
✤ Ingredients
- 100g Pasta noodles
- 800ml Water (for boiling noodles)
- 0.3~0.4Tbsp Salt (when boiling noodles)
- 25g Unsalted butter
- 15g Garlic (2 large ones)
- 2g (1tsp) Crushed red pepper
- 8g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce (replace with soy sauce)
- 1 ladle Pasta broth
- A little Parmesan cheese
✤ Fried Garlic
- 25g Garlic (3 large ones)
- 30g (3Tbsp) Olive oil
✤ Toppings
- Spring onion or green onions
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fried Garlic
- Olive oil (fried garlic oil)
✤ TIP
- Since we use pasta broth, don't add too much salt when boiling the noodles.
- If you spread the fried garlic on a kitchen towel, the oil will drain out better and it will become crispy.

@@trstnhn As an Italian who makes pasta with garlic, oil and red pepper around once a week, this looks like a very nice take and I will most definitely give it a try. It's pretty clear they know what they are doing! In fact, I can't see any Italians complaining in the comments as there is really nothing to complain about.

I got hungry in the middle of the night and there was nothing to eat, so I decided to make this one! I didn't have parmesan but I had powdered sour cream and it still tastes heavenly!! Just a bit oily, but that is expected. 10/10 must try!!

If you want a protein then I’d recommend maybe a can of tuna or something of the sort, compliment it with a squeeze of lemon maybe, it’s light but a perfect addition.
