So glad you looked at this; it looks like a fun deck and people at my local store were going nuts over it on Friday. People were already preordering cards for this deck despite the fact it won’t be available until early December.
That said; there is still one card missing from the archetype in the DB pack (DBCB-JP019) which is listed between the two link monsters. So Konami, link-3 jabberwocky please.
Also: this was originally announced in Japan at 5pm JST in honor of the watch of the white rabbit saying 5 in the Disney film.
As soon as this archtype was revealed app the cyberse stuff shot through the roof. Glad i picked mine up months ago. 20 cent cards are now 20 plus bucks.
I can’t wait for this archetype either I love the references to Lewis Carrol’s book, and the archetype makes me want to play Alice, Madness returns.

Hope the link monster they reveal helps recycle or revive banished cards that aren’t necessarily Malice cards so you can make more use of the cyberse toolbox. Either that or a negate

I believe we're getting 1 link monster as the final card to reveal and they a 2nd spell for search and 1 negate. This deck can be tier 2 to start but really depends on the level of support it's gonna get

I absolutely love this malice archetype, I really hope to see more of the chapters from the book get turned into spells and traps, the mad hacker is literally the mad hatter in yugioh so we need mad hacker be remade into a malice main deck monster with a hole new effect, we need at least some rooks, knights and bishop malice cards for the deck and at least we need the giant catapiller as a malice monster and the actual alice into like a main deck malice monster or maybe be a link one malice monster that can get us the field spell like striker dragon and the new blue-eyes link 1 monster, also I find it odd the the new malice boss monster is a link 3 cause if you think about it, malice (q) red ransom is a link 3 with 2300 atk, same atk and same link markers as decode talker right. So why is malice (q) hearts of crypter a link 3 with 2500 atk and the same link markers as decode talker when the only link monster with 2500 atk points for the cyberse link monsters is firewall dragon, so shouldn't hearts of crypter's link markers be the same as firewall dragon?
I am not familiar with how this ruling would work but if it does work then TB-11 might actually be very strong with that "summon a link monster" effect but say if you were to banish the summoned link monster would it still be under that downside of it not attacking/activating it's effect? I wanna say it wouldn't since the card doesn't say monsters that have the same name as the summoned card can't attack and activate they're effects. If that is the case then a crazy play could be that you banish Hearts after summoning it using that trap and it brings itself back out with double it's attack however that would work only if the ruling declares that it being banished considers it to not be the summoned card however I doubt that's how the ruling works
I've tested it on Omega and you can summon it it's negated, Link it away and then you can use its effect to bring it back unnegated including in the battle phase.
Aloof wolf goes insane as a starter here and golden sarcophagus is a must.
Aloof is bait I think. No different than Rescue Rabbit. If it resolves, sure you get a lot off of it, but if they HT you. Your turn is basically over on the spot unless the card you banished from hand was a malice card
I'm happy they made their boss moster strictly for the archetype seeing u need a Malice monster for it. Ngl I love the way this archetype looks. Wonder how they'll make Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum 😂
