My wife and I have been regular viewers of your recipes. We also prepare the food as per your recipes.
However, sometimes we face problems in the proportion of masale that varies as per quantity.
For example, if your recipe says that for 1 kg biryani this much aret he masale and ingredients required, what if the quantity of the biryani increases from 1 kg to 3 kg and so on.
Kindly advise us on above and provide the proportion of masale & ingredients,especially, for Chicken and Mutton biryanis.
