Great video from my former home track!! I ran there three seasons in the early 90's, it was a blast, despite having the slowest falling gate in the West. I was back there in late 2022 with my latest bike, my 06 YZ125 "Yamagoofy" (Known as the Little Blue Shithead back then for pouncing on me.)
As for the arm pump: NEVER do the massage like you did at 15:48!! You are driving the lactic acid (which makes your arm muscles tighten and hurt) deeper into the tissue. The correct way is to start at the hand, person doing massage grips all the way around the arm, and apply even pressure while sliding up the arm all the way to the pits. Go from hand up ONLY, the idea is to drive the lactic acid in the blood to your core where it will spread out and dissipate. Repeat 5-6 times on each arm and it will go away fast. Also never "jerk you arm off" by rubbing up and down, which also drives the LA deeper.
Of course best advice is don't get arm pump in the first place. The two main causes are death gripping the bars, and NOT gripping with your legs. Always grip tighter with your legs, just loose enough so the bike can rock fore and aft, but not sideways. Do that, and you can almost grip with only light pressure with your pointer and thumb. A pro taught me that back in my days of racing in the '90s. (I am back racing now, at age 60.)
