why these Voicelines get played Twice :-
Because, Every Voiceline have 2-3 tones for them and sometimes they have really different wordings but the meanings are same

it's such a great character mix too since it literally signifies that Octane's lower body moves way faster than his upper half anticipated, love it so much!
Each legend having their own set of animations for just about every action including standing still is one of the reasons im so addicted to this game.

The characters also have deep and interesting stories and every little action they do suits the character so much that every character can easily be distinguishable under silhouettes

If u think this happened in early 2019 ur insane. If they already are doing mocap for characters in season 12 they were defo ahead by a longshot
They were working on Apex Legends for a good while actually! Originally Apex Legends was supposed to be Titanfall 3 but they decided to make it into a battle Royale. They were working on it since late 2016 or early 2017!
There's no way in hell this is from early 2019. On Feb 4. 2019 you could see one of Octane's animation

自分でやれる動きはやる時もありますって感じです。
携わった作品は言えないですが、今のゲーム業界はモーションキャプチャーたくさん使うのでアクター経験者は多いと思いますよ！
このモーションキャプチャーでヒットボックスも誤差程度に変わってきそうw
