這幾年來，除了身體的健康，藍奕邦亦在尋求心靈的健康。比起由權威的聲音去判定人有什麼問題、比起加諸在你我身上的每個定義和標籤；他確切地感受到，這個社會需要的其實是更多會關心和聆聽的人。

由生出發後，這次藍奕邦與 rapper Matt Force 首度合作，和大家談病問症，為自己檢測健康。
