i think the game is very ominous, it has such a feeling of nothingness, the way music starts playing randomly in between, the background has nothingness feeling in it which also adds to it vibe. I think the vibe was one of the reason i loved playing this game

I played this so much as a kid, and recently just found it through asking on r/tipofmytongue, and a user suggesting a Switchballs wikipedia article, where the game was mentioned in! What a delight to know this wasn't some weird memory of mine that was fabricated, Ballance exists!

When I was a kid, I remember visiting the Boys and Girls clud in Tulalip, there a computer room where all the kids players game and I was playing Ballance game.
I never actually played Ballance, but it looks right up my alley and it came out when I would have been interested in it. Since it seems like it's abandonware now, I'll try to find it somewhere.
*Wooden Ball:* Can push the Crates and the Planks to make a path. *Stone Ball:* It is the hardest and stongest ball and can push the Crates and the Planks stonger than Wooden Ball. The bridge will break if the Stone Ball roll into it. *Paper Ball:* It is the lightest and weakest ball. Unlike Wooden Ball and Stone Ball, the Paper Ball can't push the Crates and the Planks, but the Paper Ball can fly up in the fan's range.
We need a new gameplay element... Water. Stone balls sink, Wooden balls float, and Paper balls get soggy and fall apart (This will kill you, if you are a paper ball).

Wow you are so lucky I finished the game to the end and only the last part of level 12 failed Edit: I finished the game and it is worth noting that I did not know how to flip the screen orientation while playing and I did not discover this until the twelfth stage
I had this game when it was first released. I was 34 at the time. Would be awesome if a tablet version came out. Anyway, a sequel was released in 2019 but wasn't as popular.
