In the 80s, AC/DC came to my city. They stopped at the Mall, and went to "Just Pants", where my sister worked. She thought they were friends of mine, until she heard their accents.
I was at the Olympic Stadium in Sydney Australia for the GnR show when Angus came out. It was the loudest roar from a crowd I ever heard and I've been going to concerts since KISS in 1980. The only time I heard a crowd come close to that roar was at an AC/DC concert and they did a tribute to Bon. His image come up on the big screen and the place went berserk.
Was lucky enough to see AC/DC live twice on the Black Ice tour, absolute dream come true especially since it was still the back in black line up. Been listening to AC/DC for a long long time, couldn't imagine seeing them with Bon. Angus was the reason I picked up a guitar, such a monster player. THANK YOU ANGUS

Jeb Ledbetter Slash is always very humble to his idols. If you see him at facebook, he always pays tribute to guys like Jimmy Page, Hendriks, Eddie van Halen, Brian May, Joe Perry or Angus, and a lot more. He knows it indeed where his inspiration came from. Great guitarplayer as well, perhaps one of the latest icons who came in since the late 80s.

Better bucks in the label owned songwriter-posse that writes 15-minute fast food fame hits for an ”artist” whom they can dump and lift another up come the momet of trendshift.

2017...........must have been a terrible year for Angus. Two of his brothers died within less than a month only a few months after this gig 😫😪 However with this gig Angus proves that he´s still "going strong" - still playing like a fucking world champion
Slash would have been in heaven. He ranks ACDC as one of his MAJOR influences. WTF do keyboards have to do with ACDC? Great to see Angus enjoying himself away from the band. The stress of stepping up after Malcom became ill was becoming apparent in Angus's performances and he has aged a lot in the last few years. I dare say, the casual look of jeans and T shirt will be all we will see him in from now on. Personally, I think its time ACDC retired. Theres not much of the band left and they have done everything and influenced the world of R&R for decades. I am an Australian, nearly 50yrs, I play drums,keys and guitar and ACDC has been a huge influence in my drumming and rythym playing. They have left a fantastic body of work and written THE TOUGHEST RIFFS FULLSTOP.
I'm still trying to wrap my brain around Angus performing on stage without the school suit. Never really thought I'd ever see him play onstage wearing anything but the suit. I get it that it would be out of place and I'm glad he's not wearing it but it's just so... different. You wouldn't think a dude wearing jeans and t shirt would stand out because he's wearing jeans and a t shirt but there you have it lol.
