Have you had the issue with the ET-15000 that it wants to print from the rear paper feed only? I've tried turning it off and on and having the settings defer to the paper tray, but it keeps happening. Very frustrating.
have you looked at the printer properties settings, indeed some printers pull the paper through the back, are you a printer with a non-standard paper size?
What if you get a false paper jam reading..In other words it reads paper jam but no paper in the printer...How do you fix that ? Any suggestions...

The solution is to look at the toll section where the paper passes, there must be small objects that are involved

Bought one printer, that one the paper in the back jambed pretty quick. it catches the right corner of the paper and jambs. So ordered a 2nd one- immediately same problem. Trying to work through getting my money back. Costing sev hours of my office person getting in touch with Staples then warranty company as i bought the warranty with the printer. Very irritating. Costing lots of money to deal with issues.
If you work in an office and rarely use color printing, I suggest that you use a print like the Xerox M115w or something similar, besides the printing process is faster and the problem level is also rare, but the drawbacks have no color
has anyone had error code 000043 with no paper jam? thinking maybe a sensor. any suggestions
None of the solutions offered by these Epson Techs has worked for us. The printer says paper jam when there is no paper or a jam. The Printer has been cleaned the best we can and we still get the paper jam indication. We reset and pluged and repluged the power sources. Nothing we have tried has worked. Buyers need to think twice before buying this model product. The Epson product support teams has been ZERO help to us with this problem.
I see you are saying reset it. What if you can’t access the home menu because of this error code???
I can’t even do anything because it won’t let me cancel nor access home menu because of this paper jam error.
check for small pieces of paper that are stuck in the printer roll and around the cartridge, look more closely at that which causes the print paper jam error, after the paper jam there is no problem then do a reset
I get a code 034004 after removing paper . Please help

That didn't work. I don't have any paper jammed but still getting a 000031 code
you have to make sure the ink cartridges are installed correctly, if one of the cartridges is missing then you have to insert them sequentially, then restart your print, make sure the USB cable has been installed, if that doesn't work, then resetting your printer is the last solution
Does yours make a screeching sound when starting up before u get the error code

no, if the sound is shrill it's possible that your print has a problem with the rollers, and the second possibility is that you have a foreign object that got into the rollers.

This didn’t work nothing is in the printer it will shoot a paper through then when I go to actually print something it’s not working

If this error is 00031, it's possible that the cartridge is not installed correctly, so you have to be careful when pulling the paper

try to detail what kind of error you experienced, because for the standard paper jams error this is the solution, maybe your print must be reset first then you can fix it again

@@Technosupportdriversolution no I was doing a dtf hack and it said paper was jammed when I was trying to remove it my printer turned off then back on and said something about the printer wasn’t turned off correctly then turned itself back off and turned back on then I turned it off the correct way but was nervous to turn it back on again but was wondering why that happened
dtf is indeed a problem with machine constraints, but I have never experienced that, what I often find is the problem of paper jams, so I can not provide a solution about it to you
