When making a shelter you can always lean the structural log up against a tree in the crook of a branch so is very steady and you should have some natural cover above already. Try to keep the beam as close to the ground too and really surround it like a wall with sticks to keep the wind out and if you need to keep warm layer heaps of leaves and even that dry grass you found can be used as bedding to keep you off the sand since sand is hella cold at night. If you do something like this again but stay out longer I highly recommend making a tight small shelter about the size of your body to keep you warm and it makes you feel secure it could help you sleep In the bush. Absolute ripper of an episode I can’t believe you got to see that sick ball of hammer heads smash the flaty. Keep up the great content and I hope this mission kicked the sick out of yah!

I love your videos even making a simple tree and log shelter is good mate. You can use a tree for cover maybe a tiny but not to tiny tree put branches and stuff over it and basically done you should do a video like a tips video about good shelters out this one in will ya. If your on your own definitely use a tree and a log make a spear out of wood leaves and rocks, the rocks for the sharp part leaves to tie it all up and log for the main but brudda have a nice week lad
