White Perch Fishing the Chesapeake Bay! (Fishing the Shallows)

Late summer can be great time for perch fishing on the Chesapeake Bay. Some days it is non stop catching and some days it can be hard to find a good bite. This video has a little bit of both. Perch are super fun to catch on light tackle and are great eating too. They can make for some great fun out on the water. Fishing around shallow water structure is your best bet and they love to hit live minnows, jigs, and small spinners. I hope you all enjoy the video and please make sure to subscribe to the channel!

My buddy and I went perch fishing today at a very poplar upper bay spot. had it to ourselves not a boat in site awesome. nice vids as always.

an old time taught me a trick for white perch. 1st 1 you catch you hook it to a line and bobber and let it go and it will swim back to the school. then you follow bobber around til you catch enough
