  • Wellbeing of Women Ambassador and TV personality Carol Vorderman talks about her ‘deep depression’ in 2015, when she went through the menopause, in a new video supporting our Menopause Workplace Pledge.
The campaign, which launched in collaboration with HELLO! Magazine and Bupa, is raising awareness of the menopause as a workplace issue. Sadly, 1 million women are estimated to have quit their jobs due to the menopause.
Over 600 employers have signed up and are offering dedicated menopause support. These include some of the largest and most well-known organisations, such as BBC, AstraZeneca, Co-op, Royal Mail and TSB, covering millions of workers across the country.
Join our campaign and let's make a difference!

Obviously the menopause is part of a woman's biology and stressful to cope with, but the problem is that such campaigns lead to more regulation, and red-tape for the employer. All fine for large million-£ corporations, but yet more costly unaffordable bureaucracy for small business; I'd hate to be an employer these days, poor sods
