Speak for yourself. This is my favourite freedom fighter movie ever. It riles me up everytime and makes me cry while feeling extremely proud of my ancestors.

The thing is this film released simultaneously with War nd Joaquin Phoenix so that actually affected this film a lot!
It was so heartbreaking to see this movie fail at the box office. Surender Reddy is such a phenomenal director. He mentioned he had sleepless nights thinking about that climax.

I feel rage of emotions every time I watch that climax. One of the Best performance of Chiranjeevi sir. I know this movie didn't succeed(wasn't given many screens) in Hindi because of the clash with War. But why Telugu and southern state audience failed it. They made last 2-3 mass masala movies of Chiranjeevi successful but not this.

Legend Chiranjeevi Sir as Lead Actor ..In case you dont know..he is the father of RRR guy Ram Charan..he is known as Megastar Chiranjeevi Sir..he is the first actor to take 1 crore as remuneration back in 1992 ..He is known to bring break dance to India..he is the reason why most of the telugu actors are very good dancers...and Allu Arjun is the Nephew of Chiranjeevi Sir

I understand the patriotism as a Telugu reddy. But in reality Syeraa Narasimha reddy wasn't a freedom fighter. He just had a quarrel with the brits regarding his pension he needed from his grandfather. He never fought for rights of the people or the land. The director himself agreed that he changed the plot in order to make it interesting and appealing.

Before he even know about freedom fight uyalawada narasimha Reddy already started the war which is the history covered by Britishers who hanged his choped head for more then 30 year's. Reddy is not a surname. Its a caste tag and is part of the person’s first name. Example: ys Jaganmohan Reddy. Surname is Yedugurisanditi and his first name is Jaganmohan Reddy
