One thing I could never wrap my mind around is how they say we are made of stars dust. How is it that a sperm and egg contain stardust and all of the other chemicals on the periodic table.

hi Deepak. most fascinating listening to you. one correction though! i am the universe not because the constituents of my body came from the entire universe. i am not the body. i am the awareness, consciousness, the soul etc. that has no locality. consciousness only experiences everything through the faculties this body is endowed with.
