@@nanabonsu2349 how you approach and sell to people has a lot to do with being able to relate to them. Ryan has very little to relate to with 3 black, (presumably) religious, middle aged men. You have to assume all 3 of the men are similar to Stanley. Ryan is nothing like Stanley, so it's a harder pitch for him.
I think Stanley have seen Michael performed after so many years so that kinda adds up to his expectations.

So I’m convinced that Stanley does all of his work as soon as he gets there and just fucks around for the rest of the day. If the pandemic has taught me anything it’s that you can generally finish most office work pretty quickly. This is why Michael can’t fire him, he’s actually very good at his job. Also, he notices everything, he just thinks “these people crazy”. At least that’s my head canon and I’m sticking to it.
