I loved it! The design of this character was really cool and seeing 3 mouths on the second phase and another face inside of Mario's face in phase 3 was freaky af. The music was also really good and a certified banger.
I love how the first phase is nice and slow but with a hint of unease by the inst. but also Mario’s unblinking eyes, and the second phase has a guitar and drums to make the situation more intense by the fact he reveals a more monstrous form, and the third phase increasing the instrumentals as his true grotesque form is revealed

I love D-sides, but I could see break away from the FNF stuff and became its own universe. Because its fun seeing what bits and pieces gets rearranged, get their traits swapped and switching whole themes. So, having Mario Clash as a D-side variant of It's-a-Me is smart choice on the D-side team.
Even scrapped D-side charaters has amazing designs are cool, even though there's only seven of them. If Needlemouse and Sarah were change to be based on the early sonic concepts, then Feels and Madonna would have swapped to be based on the Needlem0use series.

This song is amazing. Lots to say. You can really feel the Sturm influence in these recent Sandi songs. The vocals are awesome. This guy's design is one of the coolest I've seen in any of these mods. Super creepy and has a fantastic unnatural feel to him, like he (they?) can barely hold the body together. Would love to know more about this character. Also those koopas ABSOLUTELY got eaten by this guy Given the emphasis on the mouths and tongue in this song lol The song's tone is really powerful. It feels like an attack, like this guy is actually trying to kill you and giving everything to do it. This is also one of those rare songs where the art actually confused me, in a good way. Along with the tone of the song it feels like it was made to be overwhelming. Like a combo of the old Burning Hatred sprites, It's A Me, and Monochrome
